山东福尔有限公司创立于1994年，注册资本22600万元，现有职工670人，主营业务为精细化工新材料的研发、生产和销售，属于国家产业政策支持、鼓励发展的精细化工新材料领域，产品技术水平达国内领先，部分产品在国内市场占有率达80%以上，公司连续多年营业收入超10亿元、净利润过亿、利税达5000万以上。2014年以重组吸收合并的方式成为上市公司重庆华邦生命健康股份有限公司全资子公司，2016年成为北京颖泰嘉和生物科技股份有限公司全球农化事业部核心成员。

Shandong Fuer Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 with a registered capital of 226 million yuan and currently 670 employees. The company is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of fine chemical new materials, a sector supported and encouraged by national industrial policies. Its products boast leading technical standards in China, with some holding a domestic market share of over 80%. For consecutive years, the company has achieved an annual operating income exceeding RMB 1 billion, a net profit of over RMB 100 million, and tax payments of over RMB 50 million. In 2014, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company Chongqing Huapont Life Sciences Co., Ltd. through reorganization and absorption merger, and in 2016, it joined as a core member of the Global Agrochemical Business Division of Nutrichem Company Limited.

The company has a R&D team of over 40 members, including nearly 20 with intermediate and senior professional titles.
